Bytoons CRM — Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your data.
1. Data We Collect
Account details (name, email, mobile, company), workspace content (leads, invoices, notes), billing metadata (Stripe customer/subscription IDs), and usage logs.
2. How We Use Data
To operate the CRM, deliver notifications, provide AI features, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
3. Sub-Processors
MongoDB Atlas (storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI assistant), Emergent (LLM proxy), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS), Google (OAuth). All bound by DPA-equivalent agreements.
4. Data Retention
Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active plus 30 days after cancellation. Audit logs are retained for 12 months.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@bytoons.com.
6. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the UAE, EU, and US regions where our sub-processors operate.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies for authentication (httpOnly, secure). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
