Bytoons CRM — Terms & Conditions
The rules that govern your use of Bytoons CRM.
1. Acceptance
By creating a Bytoons CRM workspace you accept these Terms on behalf of your company.
2. Multi-Tenant Data
Each workspace is isolated. Bytoons never sells or shares your data with other tenants or third parties beyond the integrations you explicitly configure (Meta, LinkedIn, Twilio, Stripe, Resend, Google, Anthropic).
3. Subscriptions
Free, Standard (AED 99), Professional (AED 199) and Business (AED 499) monthly plans. Charges are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access ends at the current period's end.
4. Acceptable Use
No spam, scraping, illegal marketing, or violating any platform (Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) TOS via Bytoons integrations.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Sensitive fields (phone numbers) are masked by default. Every material action is audit-logged.
6. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Bytoons is provided "AS-IS" without warranty.
7. Data Export
You may export all of your workspace data as CSV / XLSX / PDF at any time via the Reports module.
8. Termination
Bytoons may suspend workspaces that violate these Terms. You may delete your workspace and data by contacting support.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
